Powder coating is the fastest growing finishing technology in North America. It is an environmentally friendly process which contains no solvents, therefore emitting no VOCs in manufacturing or application. We can accommodate items up to 7.5 feet in height and 24 feet in length. IT IS THE GREEN CHOICE.

Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to any surface that can hold an electrostatic charge and withstand the curing process. the powder (consistency like flour or baby powder) is a finely ground mixture of pigment, resin, and fillers. The powder is sprayed onto a surface by low velocity air. The electrostatic charge holds the powder particles in place while it is being cured in an oven. During this process a chemical reaction occurs, resulting in avery durable, uniform, protective surface.
