Sandblasting
Abrasive blast cleaning is an excellent option to remove rust, coatings, and other foreign matter from many surfaces; it is important that the surface be clean to achieve maximum adhesion and durability while coating. We provide abrasive blast cleaning on items up to 60 feet long.
Other treatments are available for materials that are not suitable for sandblasting.
Powder Coating
Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative finish to any surface that can hold a charge and withstand the curing process. The powder is a finely ground mixture of pigment, resin, and fillers which is sprayed onto a surface by low velocity air. The charge then holds the particles in place while they are cured in an oven. This process creates a durable, uniform, and protective surface.
Another benefit of using powder coating is that there are a variety of colors, metallics, textures, glosses, and clear finishes available. We use all the major suppliers in our inventory. See the links below for examples of colors.
Powder coating is also the fastest growing finishing technology in America. The process contains no solvents and therefore emits no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which could harm the environment. It is the green choice.
Specialty Coatings
We have over twenty years of experience in applying specialty coatings to both small and large items. Our team works diligently to ensure all custom requirements are met.
